THE 8 STEPS TO RESTRUCTURE OR REINVENT YOUR PMO
STEP 1 – DEFINING THE PMO SERVICES
Is your PMO providing the services (functions) that your clients and organization really need? How can you find out the services that will best meet your clients’ expectations?
In this step, the PMO VALUE RING® software will collect the most important benefits for each PMO client. Based on this information and in our benchmarking database, it will provide a list of services that are recommended to increase the likelihood of meeting the PMO clients’ expectations.
STEP 2 – BALANCING THE PMO MIX OF SERVICES
Is your PMO able to create noticeable value over the short term? And what are the conditions necessary in order to sustain long-term actions, which will be able to create sustainable value? Is the mix of services of your PMO correctly balanced to respond to this set of needs?
